Sprucing your home to sell is a wise choice and will make your listing stand out above the competition and help it sell quickly and often for more money than a non-staged property. Choose from one of the staging packages below to fit your needs or call us to discuss how we can help you out.
Package 1: GIVE ME SOME ADVICE – 90 mins.
Spruce it Up visits and walks through your home with or without you, noting areas that need improvement to catch a potential buyer’s attention. We’ll recommend ways you can highlight the best and/or unique features of your home to make your listing stand out. We may suggest packing up some items, removing personal photos and collections. Please bear in mind this process is not personal or judgmental, just the proven techniques to make your home appeal to the broadest array of buyers. $129.00 most homes (Contact us for details, slightly higher for larger properties).
Package 2: GET MY HOME READY FOR AN OPEN HOUSE – 8 hours
Spruce it Up will come in and pack and primp your “broom clean”* home, (great cleaning references available) and highlight the spaces in your home that are sure to impress potential buyers. We start at the curb, then create a welcoming entry, and arrange furnishings in your living spaces to achieve spacious and inviting rooms. We may open curtains and windows to create a light and bright impression. We may remove clutter, pack up collections, roll up scatter rugs and tidy up electronic clutter so that your home makes a great first impression for listing photos and/or Open House day! $399.00 (additional hours and packing services by arrangement).
Package 3 – WE’VE LIVED HERE FOR 30 YEARS AND IT SHOWS – 2 hour consultation $129.00 (subsequent services billed hourly by appointment)
Not sure where to start? We’ll take the stress and guess work out of how to prepare for a huge move and get you rolling towards your next destination. Whether you are dealing with a lifetime of memories or handling the clean out of an entire estate, Spruce it Up and our trusted service partners can help. We’ll meet and do a walk-through, and leave you with an organized schedule and plan of action. Packing services are available at $50 per hour (plus supplies), and we can recommend conscientious movers, auctioneers, realty professionals, etc… We’ve been known to run a yard sale or two, also… we’re here to help!
